How good draw do it need to be, bec that tock me 30min to make (but it was also the first time drawing in the Pixelart website so it took an extra 10min)

at least have some texturing or consistency with roads, its just a bit... (not trying to offend you but...) ugly. you should take more time making these then 30 minutes.
