I don't think it makes sense cuz what do you do with say, paratroopa sky or koopa Beach?
why would you use a countryball when the track is called KOOPA BEACH???
I don't think this rule makes sense and I might leave the list of staff ghosts, IT MAKES NO SENSE

Also the whole list of characters is Countryballs with no custom characters so it wouldn't make any sense anyway for you to play as other characters.

ok... but this is for staff ghosts, not the complex ones, the normal, easy staff ghosts, I go easy on everyone with any staff ghosts.

CFPQMA is a Quick Mode multicup aimed at shortcuts and skips. It will feature 16 cups with differing themes, from Choco Islands to Ribbon Roads and Bowser Castles, there is a total of 64 tracks filled with paths!

I want to be a staff ghost, it'll be the first time being a staff ghost for a multi-cup that's not mine, and I think this one in particular will be a good one to start also I have a question:
can we make the staff ghosts now, or when you specify what tracks to do, when all the tracks are out, and when there are enough players?
(personally I think option 2 is the much better option)

its not drawn very well
yea sry to some newer creators, but they have to be created somewhat good. like drawn well, overrides, cannons, and teleports used in the right places, size, and many other things
Yeah i guess that make sense. I haven't made very many complete mode tracks, so that makes sense.

its not drawn good enough, BC3, and Mario Raceway. BC3 also just has way to sharp turns and there isnt much going on in Mario Raceway. and the jumps in both tracks go away to high to the point you can go out of the track
