Does anyone know how to make any lap count and does anyone know how to change the track picutre and background when you go to a certain area
1. You can edit it in this menu in the checkpoints section.
2. Per-lap overrides in the options section
The checkpoint number you put here must be the same as the location where you want the change to happen
You need to enable override for "options" to change the background (no need to do that for the image
You can also change anything else in the track such as walls and decors.
for the bottom of your text, thats not exactly true
what i mean is: if my holes stay the same for every lap and override, dont enable override for the holes
uhh.. yeah, i think you misunderstood my message. I was saying that if you have an override of something in your track, dor example, a background change like you can see here. One override only works for one lap, and you will have to copy it to the other laps.

Keep in mind that you have to do overrides for every lap, but there's a copy function that allows you to copy from previous overrides.

posting your images to sites like FileGarden won't lower your storage quota.
you'll have to make an account for it but it's worth the 5 minutes it takes to make an account

I think the grand prix mode should allow the player to change cc. like COME ON IM TRYING TO UNLOCK A CHARACTER!!

Let me explain. Like in vs mode, you can choose the cc, from 50cc, to 150cc, to even 75cc(Custom)!

not the custom ones tho. just 50, 100, and 150 (maybe 200 but it's not shown) i think. No official mario kart game has custom ccs for GP.

In the new Mario Kart game there are only 5 cups (There might be six and one of them is still being made but...)
Yeah so if there is no Special cup that means there is no Bowser's Castle and most importantly no Rainbow roads...
I hope I'm wrong because losing a Mario kart staple feels wrong

Well, it’s official, MARIO KART WORLD HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED!! I’m so excited for this brand new Mario Kart, MKW for short.
I think it would be better to shorten it as MKWrd or something like that, since it can be confused with Mario Kart Wii
I've always shortened Mario Kart Wii to MKWii, never MKW for some reason

The March 2025 TBC is now open! I decided to give it yet another chance.
Theming is pixel (I need to see the pixels on the track for it to count)
Complete Mode only (I know there are pixels in Quick Mode, but it kinda ruins the fun)

I actually planned to make a monthly TBC just like yours in 2025, but tox's TBC made me push it back to february. Also, because of tox's TBC, you probably won't get that many submissions.

mate the entire purpose of a TBC is for you to read what the theme is and make a track out of it, which this month's theme is hot / warm
Uh. Why is it warm? It's Christmas Season which is Cold. Warm seems like a Summer thing. Lol.

Christmas Courses ARE Interesting. I already made and Interesting Course. Anyways We already HAD a Warm/Hot TBC Cough Cough the Summer TBC. I can't believe I'm actually trying to convince People to Make Winter Courses in December Lol.
There are a few TBCs already that has winter-ish as it's theme.
Also this is SM7's TBC let him do what he wants bro.
