Doesn't make sense so I'll do all together.
1st Maple Treeway
2nd Waluigi Pinball
3rd Rainbow Road
Collectively, Treeway wins. It's been the exact same since 2011, which is fine because it's great. Pinball has been the exact same since 2005, minus 2 trickable ramps, still good but it's been way longer so that drags it lower as well.
And 3DS Rainbow Road's 1 good version is drawn down by it's two completely neutered gutter trash poopy ass versions. Mushroom Gorge is still way better than all of these, however, and so are Wario Shipyard & Airship Fortress. Yes, I included ACTUALLY good tracks from these 3 Mario Kart games in my rant.
But the Wii Version of Maple Treeway has half-pipes and the 2011 version has none
Halfpipes are irrelevant though, nobody with a brain uses them, besides where there are long extended ones, like DK Summit, or Waluigi Sadium. On outside corners, they don't matter. Never have, never will.
