It was a Complete Mode track, you can tell by the data in the URL. By "no road" he probably meant that it was an image map with no clear path on where to go, which is discouraged but I'm not sure it's directly mentioned in the rules as removable (or else I'm still 2 years outdated idk) and the track was removed because of whatever his third point meant (which based on Hazel's reaction I don't want to know)

@Travis_XD15 Images or 3d models that were ripped directly from an official game are allowed. In this situation both of the track creators got their images off of Mario Wiki, so neither one is stolen.

Considering it only went up by 60 views, I wouldn't say that is rare

The only reason I would ever self-report my own message is to get the attention of the moderators quickly, but there is literally no reason for me to do that here, for context, I was simply asking MR_BABY_MARIO how he pulled off his strat while showing a GIF of a failed run (in his case he respawns on the line instead of just before)

Likely what happened is something else was posted around that time frame that was deleted and then this one happens to be the one to get its message ID, and thus it shows up on the reported page instead of the one that was deleted; it's a known glitch that I've seen other moderators post about before

Hello Ivve and welcome to MKPC! I see from your description you are trying for a 200cc World Record ^^ I watched your ghost and I have a few comments on it (note that I am not anywhere close to being one of the best players of the game, especially in 200cc, so if I get something wrong, sorry that's mb) :

- Firstly, are you using Daisy's stats? They are faster as you can use them to chain orange Super Mini Turbos (SMTs) instead of just regular Mini Turbos as you seem to be doing in your ghost. Also, the quicker you release your Super Mini Turbo, the faster your driving will be (as long as it doesn't also cause you to have a wide line)

- Try to focus on taking tighter lines around corners as this will save the most time ^^

- The optimal Mushroom strategy on this track is to use your Mushroom right before the water section with the small islands, and instead of driving all the way across all the islands you can drive slightly to the left of them for a tighter line; as you seem to have figured out, using a Mushroom on the water will nullify its offroad effects

- There is a Lap 3-exclusive glitch respawn shortcut on this track that is done by jumping to the left shortly after the water section, you can view Anthcny's current world record ghost to see what I mean

That isn't the problem, it's just my own bad lines
I don't respawn on the line regardless of where I fall OOB + note that if I fall too far to the right I also miss a CP in the process

I meant that I had tried to do that before and it would not respawn on the finish line, rather it would respawn just before the finish line and thus lose an extra 2 seconds

crazy coincidence I noticed

so here is a song I made 2 years ago in ultrabox, pay special attention to a specific piano sequence that occurs throughout the song but first appears in bars 35-36

then listen to the first two seconds of this song from the remake of Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door


it's the EXACT same sequence of notes in a different key. but the thing is that this song wasn't featured in the gamecube version of TTYD, and I made this sequence of notes months before the release of the TTYD remake

via the wayback machine you can see that a WIP version of this song was posted on my mkpc profile in march 2024 under the wip title "boss battle?" and it contains the same notes as featured in the final version, whereas the TTYD remake released on may 23rd 2024

ok so you complain about a warn from a moderator but then proceed to revive a four-month-old topic for literally no reason but to say it is dead and also treat the report topic like it is a chatroom, all while still roleplaying as an AI chatbot? yeah im sorry but id say you definitely deserved the warn

As someone who has been on this community for quite a while I have a few things to say about this:

1: A lot of this is exaggerated, or just straight up incorrect. Ahmad became a moderator in early 2022 and was one of the most active moderators from 2022-23, and is still very active in validating challenges.

2: People have lives yk. You can't expect him to prioritize moderating this forum over doing well in university and taking care of whatever else he has going on, especially when you take into account that he isn't the only moderator on the site.

3: You have absolutely no idea what we do behind the scenes.

Wish granted, and indeed they are THE BEST. They're so amazing and detailed that they will overpower and crash your Switch 2 when you try to run them.
