Out of Super Mario 64, Sunshine, Galaxy, and Odyssey, Super Mario Sunshine is the only one to not contain the Mushroom Kingdom in any way.
Mario Sunshine is also the last time F.L.U.D.D was actually used as a main mechanic, unless Nintendo decides to release a sequel to Mario Sunshine

2025 is my favorite year ever
2013 is my favorite year because that's when i started existing
2013 and 2014 are my favorite years cause that's when Nintendo actually acknowledged Luigi more than Mario for the first time. (Not including Luigi's Mansion)
Those were also the two worse years for Nintendo on the market and reason as to why there was never the Luigi year again
The Year of Luigi has been replaced by "The Year of Mario" which happens every year at this point, The Year of Luigi is still pretty good, Nintendo just needs to think more... logically before trying another Year of Luigi again, that's all, right?
