But the reason I'm reporting now is because they're flooding the report topic with things that either don't matter to anyone, or the one person involved has specifically said to stop (hoppingicon). Also ALL BUT 6 of this guy's messages are on the report topic. It's not a competition.

I reported this guy a while ago and yes, he can be annoying at times. But idk if he got a warning or got banned temporarily.
