in mkds they use waluigi (official nintendo sg)
in mkw as a ct im pretty sure koopa (ctgp sg)
that's my knowledge but if it was an expert sg (in mkpc) you would want to probably use some sort of chocolate character reskin and add daisy stats.

Ugh, I really wish these tracks were just a little bit wider to begin with. And you wanna know why? Because I have to suffer constantly falling off, CPU's always winning against me, being bumped off the edge due to them being WAY too narrow. I respect the MKPC devs for making the tracks that size cause if they were larger the race would be a lot longer, but good god, it feels like playing on a shrunken down Mario Kart Wii track. No wonder the Golden and Mini Mushroom cups are impossible.
