A few mods spots could be added as a so called test to see if 5 would work. I mean this place is growing after all. Just need the drama to stop.
No: There is 3 admins, 1 owner and 2 moderators so the staff is good like that. I think we don't need others admins or mod actually. I know you want to expand to be in it, however, the staff currently is good and the places are really full. And in itself you also participate in a little drama

but after that they must trust the person who put enough you put someone who wants to be and does anything bah it will be worse ....
There were quite a few good canadates for Mod that would work. If one person was just awful or is bad and breaks rules, they could be easily demoted.

There should be a couple more mods actually.
There are like 3 admins and 2 mods. I don't see an excuse for a third mod to be put in place. Heck I don't even see an excuse for 5 mods since MKPC has grown.
