are you guys just against it because you really don't want to do anything about it because to me that's what it seems like because what if we don't want to make a track from complete scratch. If anything you could make the quick mode tracks have bigger space for more designs.

So I was looking through the home page of Mario Kart PC when I saw one of Gary the Cat's comments on "Give Me A Name" (That's the name of the track) about needing more tiles in quick mode. This needs to happen because we need more creative tracks, it would give more variety and tracks would be less boring. I don't want to be playing a track that looks and feels like another track. I hope the creators see this and make the change.
I actually agree with him. Im making a list of what should be fixed, added, and changed currently and i will most likley release a topic about it later and oh boy theres alot of things.
To be honest though tracks are starting to look similar and we do need a change.

I would like to remake all GBA tracks.
That would be cool. I would try to like and attempt the remade tracks as well but right now I'm focusing on the main tracks.

i already did nokonoko_course to save your time. donkey_course or the beta version of Waluigi Pinball or Tick-Tock Clock (yes they're both different) are good options to start.
I still want to make the courses even if they have already been made. I'm gonna try making Delfino Square today.
