In what way did you find out the existence of MKPC
Lely saids it’s outdated, but I don’t know if I can answer to the question or not
So, my answer :
I was on Google, and I search “Rosalina sprites Mario Kart” and I found MKPC.
When I hasn’t account, I created custom maps, and I delete it after made it.
Btw I have my two usual questions

Je voudrais parler de mon eShop. Vous conaissez Mario Kart XXL ? Un prototype de jeu Mario Kart sur GBA qui n'as jamais vu le jour ? Et bien rendez-vous dans mon eShop et vous aurez une ROM de ce prototype et un tuto pour installer et ouvrir le fichier de ROM dans un émulateur
Il y a aussi des jeux moins officiels comme CTGP Nitro mais le tuto d'installation viendra plus tard.

i'm pretty sure it's an easter egg. it can be done by creating a challenge on one of your circuits and selecting VS mode and 1 player
