Fun fact:The Shell Cup is the only cup in the original Mario Kart 8 to have no gliders
This is incorrect. All of the tracks in the Shell Cup have gliders (except GBA Mario Circuit), even in the original Wii U version. In fact, every cup in Base MK8 (No DLC) uses gliders to some extent.
