The Realm of Twilight will join the Exalted Kingdom of Leicester to form the Commonwealth of England.
England will try and reset its diplomatic relations with the world and drive towards a new tomorrow.
The Realm of Twilight will have access to Leicester's resources and economy.
The Exalted Kingdom will have access to Twilight's resources and economy.
Crown Prince Aphelion will go on a tour to other countries to try and mend ties after this horrible war - doubt he will get very far.
Leicester will concede its territories in the new world to the Principality of Caracas
The Confederation of Joshy will have joint suzerainty over Calais and Le Havre
Leicester will demilitarise its military in its almost entirety
Leicester will develop the Realm of Twilight as reperations for damages caused
The Leicesterian navy will be abolished

a bit of proof cosmic did indeed do a warcrime, it is prohibited to dump chemicals able to poison water in water that can be used for drinking/being distilled, so this applies to channels and coastal waters bcuz they're close to land and might be used to get water and distill it and then drink it, unlike in the middle of the ocean where barely anyone lives
i didn't even dump any in the water
