Five years have passed since the Treaty of Carthage, which declared the creation of West and Occitania, controlled by two seperate superpowers. As the world develops into the next era, it appears that the fragile peace that has lasted for half a decade may end soon. Europe has been divided into two factions which exist in relative harmony. What used to be Canada has been divided by the Technocracy, Suprmegasven and the newly formed Federated States of Waluigia. The Sultanate of Fire has expanded to encompass much of the Maghreb, much to the worry of the Nyanist Empire.
The Imperial Federation of Joshy has territories in almost every single continent, and has created puppet states to stem the growth of potential rivals. Although Joshy and the Nyanists exist together in friendship, it is unclear whether this cordiality will persist or end crashing in flames, and the Technocracy seeks to rid humanity of its weakness and unite it under one state.
Thus, the Cold War is rekindled

my small region in france has been given to cosmic to fund the twilium and fierium research facilities! and with them, we could make stronger technology to help aid in battle by researching and experimenting on the two materials

i didnt really want that part of france anymore anyway. plus there was almost no space in the uk so i had to place the facilities somewhere else
If you need any space for any more facilities or factories etc you can build them in mines or Fiery's territories
