I actually have a top three list of my favorite Mario games:
3: Mario Kart DS - Because of that fact that you can snake along the course.
2: Mario Kart Wii - Wheelies, a working inside-drift, tricks, and 12 racers!
and number 1 is:
Seriously! It's THAT good! The jump-drift meter, the redesigned courses, over 200 items, co-op mode, and Fusion Karts! You'll love it!

Well, the time offsets on YouTube, like this link, https://youtu.be/Wm3uBFKb4YA?t=37, doesn't seem to take effect while I'm putting in music for my track... It just plays the entire thing...

NO! NO! BAD IDEA! On September 2019, YouTube was fined 170,000,000 USD for tracking users under 13, aka violating COPPA (Children's Online Privacy & Protection Act). And they decided to make the creators pay for their mistake! Creators are required to mark their videos as made for kids, or not made for kids, because according to YouTube, you know your audience best. But we DON'T! So basically was this means is, YouTube made a guessing game, and if you get it wrong, you lose up to 42,530 USD to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). This even goes for OUTSIDE THE USA! If you're going to upload anywhere on the internet, use https://vlare.tv instead. They protect users under 13 the correct way, and there's no risk of fines. So upload there, for your sake.

what is this things. i do nots likes it. yeah i know the admins probably dids this because of peoples makings non playable tracks or maybe my meme tracks buts idk. buts this is ridulous. my friends hads to make 3 accounts just to makes more complete mode tracks. whoevers idea this was the might haves been smoking's something at the time because we shouldnts have limited space. and makings track is one of the main things on mkpc and quick mode tracks is usts the same old things over and over.
if you thinks this shoulds be removeds the say yes. if not then no. i will keeps tracks below ands thinks of this as a petition

Does anyone know what happened to BrawlBRSTMs3? Did the Nintendo music get copyrighted?
been taken down because nintendo didnt like them uploading the soundtrack stuff to youtube
Would Nintendo copyright strike music that was made for their systems but not by Nintendo themselves?
For example, Capcom developed the Ace Attorney, series, which was originally released on the GBA. I still have a song from Ace Attorney on my playlist, but could Nintendo take it down?
nintendo could order youtube to take them down. Thats what happened to brawl. Nintendo ordered Youtube to take his videos down. Not sure about his channel but they took his videos down becuase of stupid copyright stuff. And what makes things weirder is that he credited the creators of the song
Oh, Come on! They could've just claimed the videos, and NOT take them down!
