Well, unhappily you can't get a specific character whithout, probably, getting others. If you go in my comment about the characters, everyone from bj to toadette can be unlocked by winning custom cups. A very know multicup that can guarantee you every single custom cup character

The ones you get in the order the game shows: wario, koopa troopa, waluigi, shy guy, birdo, king boo, hammer bro, dry bowser, petey piranha, link, bowser jr, rosalina, diddy kong, dry bones, funky kong and toadette

You don't unlock characters by specific cups, you get them by how many cups you've won.
9 characters are unlocked by winning the base game grand pixes and other 6 by winning grand pixes made by the comunity

Well, you took everything too serious, people were joking around the fact that you've said something that really looked racist in a topic and now, I guess you're gone. It was good to have you as a player and a Track creator in here, but, as they much said, you overreacted.
