Well, inspiration and credit all going to @AustraliaFromPWA , i'm now making my own fanfic! As mentioned, it's first come first serve. When twelve characters are in, we will start. I will be checking on this near daily, but i can only do my best because school's starting on wednesday

Yes, it is canon that Waluigi likes Daisy. I'm a nerd and I was on the mario wiki, and I saw something, I can't remember what it was, like the mkdd character list or smp, but it was showing all the pair names and Waluigi & Daisy were "Unlikely Date."
Daisy, however, is dating Luigi. This is mentioned in a few spots, the big one being in the mk8dx dlc track "Wii Daisy Circuit," where it's a statue of Luigi & Daisy together.
