CTGP is an acronym that stands for "Custom Track Grand Prix" and that's it, it simply states that it's a grand prix made of custom tracks, nowhere in the acronym is it specified how many track creators there have to be.
So in my opinion, whether the project has 1 or 99 track creators, it's fine to use CTGP in the name.

Isn't CTGP usually a ton of people? It make more sense to just call it your multi up/mod pack.

That being said I think we get a new game in 2025. And, most importantly, it will have nothing to do with a world cruise! Luigi's Mansion games aren't about long, expanisve stories, it's still gotta be within a certain length. We'd be exploring the decks of the ship if anything, and that could work. But we won't be Mario Odysseying anytime soon.
I predict next game will take us to a science laaboratory, like BSL.
That being said I think we get a new game in 2025. And, most importantly, it will have nothing to do with a world cruise! Luigi's Mansion games aren't about long, expanisve stories, it's still gotta be within a certain length. We'd be exploring the decks of the ship if anything, and that could work. It's mainly that the hyped died down. It's just 8 tracks and some characters. The same way Smash character hype dies down past release? That's just how all small DLC works, unfortunately. Massive DLCs that are basically an entire game themselves(Future Redeemed) don't suffer the same way tho.
