At least Ribbon Road’s track design is good. Not to mention you’re just being ungrateful with the level maker. Sure, I understand your complaints about the DLC, but making it able to unlock Gold Mario and the Gold Kart & Tyres is dumb. Do you want it to be able to unlock for those who have the DLC? Then it will be made harder.
Also, do you expect to get a lightning in first place? Of course lower ranks have more overpowered items. Having a track maker would be a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT GAME.
