If i am defeated, the remaing powers will fight for the last inch of land, i am not here to stop anyone, unless they treaten peace, and jugding expansions is one way to (like Possible History says) protect the balance of power.
Its a neutral organization, and, who joins, can help decide if a expansion should be allowed.

alright, just don't touch pigouni's land, or occitania incase you wanna expand, i don't really care if u want to rule northern france, just dont touch pigouni, west occitania, east occitania.

The funding and building of both research facilities in Russia is complete! With them, we can further experiment on and research Twilium and Fierium. (which will probably also help us to find more materials for weapons and power plants)

Well fierium is a non-metal and a metal + a non-metal make a ion which are very unstable so don't combine any more fierium weapons with twilium otherwise it's a ion and we might blow up Europe
