I unlocked the SNES unlockable characters in 2016, and for the GBA/DS characters... Well, I know I unlocked them in the weeks following the update they were added in but I don't remember when GBA and DS tracks were added! 
I know the number of characters went from 12 to 18 during the GBA update, then from 18 to 21 during the custom character update (I think), and then finally to 21 to 24 during the DS update... IDK I can't remember, too much years have passed by!
But yeah... I most likely unlocked everything well before all of you!

GBA update was december 2016 I think, custom characters sometime in 2018, and DS in april/may 2020

- it's mario kart, it's a race, the concept of a race is to do the best result possible, so not winning on purpose is stupid

- 95% of these people aren't on forums soooooo
- Never saw this happening anyways
- And no it's better to train with real people, they just need to.be serious (lounges are here for this)
- I was thinking of giving back these 111 points but since you should never have listened this guy idk, anyways at this rank you still can grind very quickly, I know it because I did it (15,000 => 20,000 in 10 days back in 2022)

Well, the motion controls mostly come from the Wii wheel and the Nunchuck, otherwise the other controllers do not have motion controls.

1 - I don't have a Wii (my first real console was a DS), but still got to play this game thanks to my cousin who has it
(even though it must have been years since I played it with her 😅)
2 - Honestly this game have great tracks, a solid character roster (babies...) but I have one small but serious problem : motion controls (yeah I'm really bad at this :/)

IN GENERAL:
- Make that Breakable Decors can be Destroyed with a Bob-omb's explosion and a Blue Shell's explosion.
CUSTOM TRACKS EDITOR:
- An option that allows us to set a Route (which would be the exact same system as the route for CPUs or Busses) for Item Boxes so they can move.
- An option that allows us to set Custom Item Distribution for Item Boxes.
QUICK MODE:
- Being able to Rotate Pieces.
- Add Cannons for the Tracks that normally have them.
CHALLENGE EDITOR:
- Make that we can FULLY Customize the Item Distribution and not just ticking what items we want.
- Add the "Complete N Laps" and "Complete N Laps in less then a given times" Main Object.
- Add the "Without buming into other Karts" and "without going off-road" Additional Constraints.
- Add the Star and the Bob-omb Items for the "Add Items in the Track" Optional Settings.

Les 2 seuls trucs où je suis pas d'accord c'est les cannons en simplifié (comment ça marcherait ? Est-ce vrm utile vu la taille des pistes ?) et l'étoile sur la piste vu que ben ça n'existe pas donc faudrait le faire (la bombe est ok par contre)

Most of MK8's courses wouldn't work because of antigravity, which I assume they couldn't get to work on mobile. They would be severely downgraded and some courses like Mario Circuit and Dragon Driftway just wouldn't work at all.
Also, I see no reason why Nintendo needs to continue Tour, because there's one thing you forgot to consider. Nintendo doesn't want to continue making tours for another few years. It already takes up a lot of their time (I would assume) and once Wave 6 comes out all of Tour's nitros will be permanently playable in MK8DX. A lot of the community dislikes or hates MKT and it's not exactly a "big money maker" like you said (I mean it's literally free to play lol and if anyone is getting the in-game purchases what the hell are they doing)

Everything You Said Completely Solved the Reason why they Might Discontinue it.
Though the Only Thing is, Wii U Courses Like MK Stadium, Toad Harbor, Excitebike Arena, Hyrule Circuit, and Animal Crossing Could Work in TOUR. But Like You and I said, Mario Kart TOUR Consumes Most of Nintendo's Time.
Excitebike and Hyrule Circuit, yes. Toad Harbour has antigrav on the walls but that could be removed. Mario Kart Stadium, though, wouldn't work without major changes and they would need 16 variants of Animal Crossing, even if the track layout is fine.
Why Would Animal Crossing Need 16 Variants? It only Has Spring, Summer, Fall, And Winter.
4 seasons variants combined with the 4 Tour variants (Normal, Reverse, Trick and RT), ig it's that
