1. Being able to unlock more cups in custom multicups and you could set which cups unlock other cups
2. Daily wheels you can get rewards from
3. History of tracks you played instead of just searching them up every time
4. Private group chats with multiple users instead of just 2 users chatting
5. When playing battle mode, add the option to pick your balloon color (the option won't be available if you're playing with teams)
6. More BBcode
7. Free roam while waiting for an online race to start

10. BBcode in online chat and circuit comments

12. Add the POW Block into the default distribution

To add on to some people:
The creator should have the option to make it so that when someone uses the feather, they wouldn't go over a wall
You should be able to choose the music for it and make your own flyover cutscene for custom tracks
