A user (in this case, dzfujgzdrhfujrkjgtrfduhtyrjd) with their message deleted on the topic responded here. It stays in the latest topics as if someone had messaged on it, even though there is a 10-year gap. It also says Tomaland messaged on it at 10:38AM, even though they haven't logged on since January 2nd, 2020. I'm 100% sure it's just a glitch.
