Because otherwise this game wouldn't feel like Super Mario Kart and feel like a very well made fangame that has inconsistent sounds
A fangame? That's actually what I want it to be like because this game is designed for fans.
Yeah so by that logic the sounds in a fangame based around SMK should be similar to SMK's, Wargor will never change the sounds because some random kid/teenager on the forums likes the modern sounds as he actually knows how to make a good fangame lol, anyway honestly surprised this topic isn't locked yet lmfao

Doesn't improve shit frankly, unless your entire design philosophy for anything is higher quality = more better. But that's how you make a soulless game, one without a style or anything to make it memorable. This game is not made as "the most more better mario kart game ever!!11111 UHD 4K 120fps you literally need 100gb of storage to install this game and a $11037 gpu" it's what it is. Nothing's particularly impressive about MKPC and it's going to stay that way whether you like it or not. Can you let a game be fucking good? MKPC's sound design is already super inconsistent but this would be going way too far. We are not missing out on SHIT by having different mp3 files in different places. If it bothers you soooo much, go set up a local override. I think we've all heard it, there's no need to post the fucking sound effect in this topic. People are not so clueless that they can't just look it up and realise oh fuck that wouldn't work or just be people who know about Mario Kart games playing Mario Kart ganes
If this game was based on SMK, King Boo, Wario, Daisy, Shy Guy, Petey Piranha, Hammer Bro and Link won't be in this game!
There is the base, and there is the deco. It was based off SMK, but was most likely kind of lacking so they decided to add some good characters, features like challenge mode...

You think acting like a 3 year old child will help your argument ? At this point, you just sound desperate. Nothing in what you say is adding up, everything is falling apart. Everybody tried to explain to you why that is not going to happen. And yet you still complain and whine like a baby.
Also I'm sorry but in the current situation, most people don't even use sounds, and some do use music, but definitively not sounds. Most prefer to put music that they like to avoid this situation. I don't see how this affects you as much. It's just a lap sound, I haven't even noticed that. And yeah, some sounds like the battle mode are from MK8. But that is how it is. Every user is used to these sounds, except you who's been whining for forever.
It won't happen. And you being an annoying baby acting like a toddler and having tantrums won't change anything.

They used the Mario Kart 64 lap sound which I wish it will be replaced by the lap sound in Mario Kart 8 and 8 Deluxe.
SMK does not have a lap sound so they used MK64 lap sound it's how it was and will never change.
Yeah, yeah, we know, the lap sound from another game makes more sense.

I couldn't Agree More. SMK in General is Boring. The Only Good Tracks are MC2, BC2, CCI2, MC4, DP3, KB2, and VL2.

Honestly? Homework. We already work 8 hours a day, we really shouldn't need to work at home as well. I don't want to hear nothing about "practicing", cause it ain't what it's about anymore. Oral presentations that take up hours of work and care, which are multiple btw (I have like 5 to do at the same time currently) is not practicing what you learn at school. One or two exercises about the notions you learnt? That is practicing. Preparing a book in which you need to note down everything that happens in a fucking book after taking hours already to read it, and then also requiring to decorate it and "put heart in it" is just ridiculous. Practicing what you learn should not take more than 30 minutes per day, 1 hour on the days where you got a lot to go over. But it is not the truth, I do my homework at school and at home, and it still takes up a lot of damn time. And even when I do skip something accidentally or because I genuinely don't have time to do it, I pay for it hard (not passing exams and having less than half the maximal score). And it pisses me off that these days, someone will pull out ChatGPT and have as good as a production as I do, despite the fact it took me like 10 times the amount of work, effort and time than it took to these folks. And it is tiring, it is stressful (I hate oral presentations with a burning passion), it is something that one, should not exist, and two, completely lost the point and the meaning of even existing over time. And the worst part is, learning classes for me is extremely easy, like I'm one of the students with the best memory and I catch up on most stuff pretty easily. Doesn't mean I am lazy, doesn't mean I don't do shit. So I can't imagine how hard it is for the students that struggle and have to go over something for 1 hour only to pass by like the bare minimum. And they wonder why the generations now don't like to pursue their studies after graduating... I know I will, but I cannot for my entire life blame someone for it or even call them lazy for it. I could never.

So this one time, We were in P.E playing dodgeball And my friend (girl) got hit in the face, So I went up to her and said "What happened to your eyes? What happened? Are you okay?" I said that cause her eyes were red. Then she slapped me across the face my no dang reason, And I went to the restroom to bawl my eyes out. Weird part was, I was being nice....Some girls don't even know what kindness is. They're too dramatic.
Guys just know, If you ever feel down or you feel like no one loves you, Just know. Jesus will always be there. He loves you NO MATTER WHAT. Amen
