No Com Drifting, They are OP Already. They Need to Allow People to Boost Away from a Blue Shell Like Every MK Game.
I can confirm the second one has a very low chance of happening, since the update made related to escaping a blue shell was already done... and it was so we could get rid of that, so I doubt for it to come back and I lowkey think it is for the best

What I don't like in some of the ideas here is how they would maybe mess up the retro karting theme MKPC has been going for like, 13 years. That shows how solid this style can be ; it can also fit with more modern tracks like the DS one, so it looks kind of modern sometimes whilst keeping the retro style intact. If the game were to be evolved, that'd be so weird and I doubt it would be liked by many.
1. That would make Daisy OP to the point where other characters are even more useless. I'm not saying we should nerf her, especially with everything that has been done with this kind of stats, but it gives me some MKWii vibes when some vehicles are just meh or trash to the point where they're irrelevant to the game.
2. Doing that in a 2D game would be hard, cause more complicated codes and more complicated tracks.
3. The road being simple and retro is actually kind of good, it would be kinda fun but it would be weird as an ambiance and would maybe be too complicated for simply someone waiting for people coming online.
4. Again, bikes were only added in modern games. I don't think it's that good to add them, plus it would complicate the making process of a custom character. Wheelie ? Doesn't sound like a good idea.
5. With the amount of people complaining about their current level, no. They already have some advantages over us, we don't need them to be that superior. And I don't have that much trouble beating them nowadays, it's just unluck most of the times. So it's not coming from a noon, but from a mid, and honestly... I don't know.
6. I used to think that, but that would make the track cramped as hell and delete all the challenge. It's a complicated case since it would be cramped yet easy with the walls, but janky and all over the place and hard without the walls. That would mess up some iconic shortcuts, notably the BC2 one..
And that would require an overhaul in the times.
That's why I think it's not a good idea. Really. Yet I hate SNES BCs. They're really hard to pull off, I agree. It's just not good to add walls tbh.
But I appreciate the fact you developed the ideas. I just think MKPC is fine as it is.
