Well, the title of the meme is "society if the hidden colors were seeable o nthe go get section" basically MKPC's hidden color codes, basically like this one. Sometimes it's surprising to see how many hidden colors there are, especially the ones using similar color names. As an example the first and unreadable one is "greenyellow" and the darker one is "yellowgreen".
I believe that it is a fun and cool easter egg to mess around with

Swearing is actually relevant to memes. In this case it wasn't really relevant but sometimes a meme with swearing can became so crappy just because you don't put swearing.

As I said overall, swearing isn't a problem in most of the cases, if it's not insulting anyone that is real, the main problem here is that the meme isn't a meme, it's unfunny, out of context, and the swearing felt out of place but because the meme was out of place in the first place.
