I know this topic is dead but I just want to say this can happen in online too, you are basically moveing 0.5 speed when everyone is moving 1.0 speed. This affects your bulletbills too
if your fps is high i think this happens. change ur fps to 60 or lower

I have this weird glitch on mobile (I have not seen this on computer) that slows your game down, it is random like I played a track with slowmo and then I changed to another track and then it was back to normal, have y’all mobile players seen this glitch too

In QM I want an empty space with just off-road so that you can make official sc
you can kinda do this in Peach Gardens theme if you spam a million of those flower offroad patches
