Random Tracks from Another User on My New Account

Kind of a long post, but I don't know why I haven't brought this up sooner.
When I created a new account (being this one), there are tracks already on "My Created Circuits" that belong to a different account, that being MHAmegafan.
When I made a new track (which SHOULD be my first track on this account), MHAmegafan's tracks are still there. What's weird is that when I view their account, my track is shown on THEIR created circuits.
I don't know if this can just happen when creating a new account. Does it merge with another account? I don't know. It's just weird that this happened.
