How do you know it's stolen?
If some people are commenting on the stolen track stuff like "Stolen from (name)", then check that person's tracks to see if it is the same but with a different upload date, which is how you know that's the original track.

I would like to add that if there is decors and item boxes on the minimap with the same sprite as MKPC, it is typically a stolen track (with the exception of tracks from Mario Kart DS)

R.O.B, DK Jr. & Pink Gold Peach. Everyone else deserves their spot.
Well, I would argue, but R.O.B. is already S Tier in SSBU and that's already good enough. Hopefully he will appear in the next Mario Kart game.
