For me, I played Mario Kart 8 for the first time at a school fair & the guy there gave me the Gamepad, which sucked because I only played Mariokart Wii. What made it worse was that my brother got a Wiimote & kicked my ass. It was kind of sad.

I can understand this, but it could be a Rainbow City. Like N64 RR (the remake Obviously), they take the whole universe, like they take every City track, and that would be like the final. Not the end, but it would have every track of the Earth, and maybe some more.

How long would that be? How would that work? Ignoring people complaining(in this case their country might not be represented) is a cinch, but I don't exactly know if a phone could run it.

I am maybe looking for too much but still, de need a real AMAZING track ! The most we got was okayish (gj but not that good)

I think Singapore, Berlin, Vancouver, MM, NH &Sydney are cool, the second & third variants are usually more exciting.

Like what ? If for you "care" is doing plastic textures and call it improved, Well it's not. I prefer the design of the original Mario Circuit 1 over the remake's design. At least the sand looked like sand, the track didn't looked oversaturated. The city tracks are actually kinda good, but not detailed like it should have been. The OST is okay. New York Minute is horrendous to my ears, idk why, Paris Promenade is good and Tokyo Blur as well, the OST is okay but like I said I still prefer Wii, 7 and 8 OSTs over this since they really did a lot. Tour is... Meh. It's not even lasting like you are saying. Ah and for me, keep in mind that it's just my opinion, but the statement "It's a mobile game so it's not supposed to be good" is stupid to me lmfao. The best you can the best you do. Currently, I can make okay tracks, so I won't make tracks that looks like my old and deleted tracks ! I did that with LK1. It was supposed to be a test of Paint.net and I wanted to release all the tracks in 1 month. I did, but that was horrendous. Nintendo made MK8DX, it has incredible graphics. Some tracks in the BCP are like Tour tracks, look at the enormous quality decrease.
Tour is meh. It's barely surviving. R/T, okay, they keep the things interesting, but still. Why you have to pay a lot, for this ? Lmfao it could have been way much better. It's  still not falling ridiculously everywhere, but the global is...
If I had to give a rate I would give 3/10. The city tracks are a missing opportunity. They could have been the best tracks of MK in général, but they're just not. I prefer Mushroom City and Moonview Highway over all the city tracks.  

The game is definitely still alive & well, saying otherwise is wrong. The "plastic" is how Mario games should look. Also, the 8DX retros are WAY uglier than the nitros(Royal Raceway, Grumble Volcano, GBA Mario Circuit) so atleast Tour has consistency.
The fact that you only mentioned NYM, TYB, & PP for the music may or may not directly tell me you haven't played in about 2 years or so. Just saying.
As much as I love the music, Moonview Highway has absolutely NOTHING going on, no city track ever has had ANYTHING going on, not even Mushroom City.
I don't know how much a mobile phone can handle, I'm not a developer, & there is a high chance that everything else would have to be cut back on to get the game to play the way I'm assuming you want it to.
In the end, Tour is a mobile game, & to ensure they don't drop off after a month, they need longevity. There are still thousands(if not millions) of people who play Tour.
It is also technically possible to get everything from the pipes without having to pay, but if you guys want to throw away money paying for stuff that becomes easily grabbable a few Tours down the road, go ahead.
