How to unlock a specific character?
For all the characters on the leftmost rows(Rows 1-4), you need to win every cup in Grand Prix. It doesn't matter what order you do Grand Prix in, but to unlock Link, you'll need to beat all.
For the characters on the righthand side(rows 5-
, you need to beat Grand Prix cups in Custom Track multicups, doesn't matter whose. Atleast, I'm pretty sure that's how it's split.Anyway, look it up on the wiki.
