Either stats-wise, or how much you like the character, you can choose them using either factor.

SNES: Not really any of them; they're all really good.
N64: Like SNES, all really good.
GBA: Exact same as N64.
GCN: Probably Wario. He's a heavy-weight, so he doesn't give the mini-turbo boost when in the back, and I rarely ever seem to hit anyone with the Bob-omb. Mario and Luigi could also arguably be given this spot, as the Fireball is kinda hard to use effectively too.
DS: I'm not really sure, since it's mainly the Karts that play a role in this game stats-wise. Though, if we rank them by Kart stats, I know it's not Luigi, Yoshi, Dry Bones, or ROB, since I'm pretty sure the Poltergust 4000, Egg 1, Dry Bomber, and ROB BLS are the best karts in the game.
Wii: King Boo. The stats that he gives boosts in, Handling and Off-Road, aren't very useful in competitive racing.
3DS: Honey Queen. There's no reason why she got in over Waluigi. (Wiggler's cool though. Him going angry when he gets hit is a nice touch, and proves they actually put effort into him)
WiiU: Pink Gold Peach. Clone. Waste of Character Slot. Etc.
PC: Sure, let's count MKPC. The answer is DK. Because Handling is the most important stat here by FAR, and DK's handling stat is terrible.

Mwenyu Plains: Basically just a curved square shape, no annoying parts in it.

Sugar Mountain: Another figure-8 track, but the music is good.

Rainbow Road: Why the SNES music? It's a good version of the song but there is also N64, GCN, DS, Wii, 3DS and Wii U rainbow road songs that are better. Most of the track contains 90 or 180 degree bends so there isn't that much variation.

Lava Loop: It's a lava loop with grass that somehow hasn't burnt yet. Nice shortcut though.

Overall the tracks were pretty simple, but I like simplism because there is nothing annoying about it. The tracks are pretty short, so consider making them a little longer, 35 - 55 secs is good. I still enjoyed playing on them, so keep up the good work.

It's funny how you talk shit about all of my tracks and then say you like them. I spent time making all of these, and since when did you say you were gonna rate people's tracks, but only rate mine? What kind of logic is that?

Hate to break it to you, but there's a thing called "constructive criticism", and ToxTurtle101 here was giving you some of that.
If you don't know what "constructive criticism" means, look it up.

Both of these are collections of some of my "better" tracks. The last 4 cups of the 1st Multicup are terrible tracks that look like they were made by 5 year-olds, but I mainly had made them just to actually win a Grand Prix to unlock some characters.

These are my "Artist's Interpretation" tracks, AKA what I see when I see the original tracks, or in a more literal sense, me trying to recreate every track in the game in Quick Mode.
(Delfino Square and Desert Hills aren't in there yet because I'm waiting for the rest of the DS Flower Cup to be added to quick mode)

Actually, you CAN drift. The mini-turbo doesn't give a boost, but you still turn tighter. And actually, that tighter turn is necessary on some tracks, like Silence, because of some turns.

That's not entirely the case.

Yes, there was a multiplayer mode in the game originally, and we know that from multiple interviews. They tried to have Mario and Luigi running around together on some test maps. They tried multiple camera angles, but it just didn't work. So, he was scrapped hard. Luigi wasn't in the retail release of the game's files, he was found in the source code. But there was no multiplayer functionality found in the source code.

I think they need to change a lot of character's stats. The stats at the moment are completely bonkers and benefit some characters more than others. One big example is that Daisy has better stats than Peach, Toad, AND Toadette. How is that balanced?

I also think they should fix the bombs, but to go more in detail, the Bob-ombs make you spin 4 times. That's because it uses the same explosion as the Spiny Shell, and it makes sense in that case. The Bob-ombs, if it was harder to hit people with, would make it fair, as a good reward for being skillful with your toss. However, that's not entirely the case. Bob-ombs also detonate when being trailed and someone grazes the atoms around it. Taking into account CPUs are usually grouped really close to each other, and the CPUs pull out items without taking into account other racers, the CPUs basically self-destruct, creating a big blast zone that spins a player 4 times. That's not fair in that case. That's not a rare thing, either. On some tracks, like DS Rainbow Road, it's pretty much guaranteed to happen once per race because of how slim it is.

Koopa: PUT PARATROOPA IN THE GAME ALREADY NINTENDO

Not always. I've seen people get it when there's literally nobody around them, and usually if there ARE people around you, it's extremely difficult to pass it off, and if you DO, there's still a possibility you'll get it passed back to you.

But that shouldn't happen. The speed boost means once they have the TC they'll be ahead of you; they should try to catch up instead of slow down to give it back to you.

It does happen. Actually, I think it's possible to get the Thundercloud in 2nd place when there are 2 people.
