Use your brain. Nintendo is never going to make any games for PC. The last time they did was in 1986 with Super Mario Bros.
Then again, it is a massive market that they are missing out on, meaning lots of lost potential profit. People would have said "Sony is never going to put games on PC" a few years ago but what do they do now? Put many exclusives on PC too because it is a growing market.
Nintendo made mobile games to tap into that market and all of them except Super Mario Run have been discontinued or shut down.
What about Mario kart tour?
