I've noticed that people have been modding Quincy from Bloons TD 6 into Nintendo games recently, so I bring you his first-ever import into MKPC!

Didn't have one last night no. But we did lose internet for a few seconds. My dad was having trouble connecting his phone to the TV

I got 2 Switch pro controllers, a Super Mario-themed New 3DS XL, a bunch of Lego sets, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Miitopia Switch, and a Sega Genesis 2023 wall calendar for my room

It doesn't matter where your games are from, they always use the version for your region and language.
Okay, thanks for confirming. I remember looking it up and finding out the Switch is non-region locked.

I'm just curious, I got Miitopia for Christmas, & noticed that it was the Australian version of the game. My copy of MK8 Deluxe was the PAL version. Has anyone else noticed this on their Switch game copies? My Google searches are helpless.

Everyone always complains that the CPUs are too hard in Grand Prix mode, but the issue I'm having right now is that they FREAKING LOVE SHRINKING YOU WITH LIGHTNING IF YOU DO ANYTHING, LIKE EQUIPPING AN ITEM OR TRYING TO TRICK OFF RAMPS!!! THEY EVEN DO IT RIGHT BEFORE THE ITEM ROULETTE HAS A CHANCE TO SPIN!!! DUDE, WTH!? MARIO KART IS SUPPOSED TO BE FUN!!! And to make matters worse, the kart usually can't handle most track conditions if the player is shrunk.

I might play the Tour tracks in the DLC once I have access to MK8DX on the Switch, giving that I've still never played MKT since launch. But either way, the Wave 3 tracks look really cool & exciting! My favorite is Maple Treeway! Wii was also my first Mario Kart as a child, so that gives me an opportunity to re-race some of the tracks.

12. Rainbow Road (Super Circuit) (Gold ramps aren't usable & it's hard to do the cut)
11. Rainbow Road (DS) (Way too narrow where even the SLIGHTEST mess-ups can make you fall off)
10. Rainbow Road (SNES) (Same reason as above but not as terrible)
9. Koopa Beach 1-2, (Way too much offroad and they're too small)
8. Choco Island 2 (The huge mud section & the fact CPUS cheat by driving on non-offroad parts)
7. Bowser Castle 1/BC3 (SNES) (No barriers & you can actually miss laps if you fall off in certain corners of the track)
6. Ribbon Road (Very hard to drive across dash-panels and the ramps don't work at times)
5. Broken Pier (Can sometimes be difficult)
4. Shroom Ridge (Annoying hitboxes on cars)
3. Bowser's Castle (The rotary pipe section where you exit the castle is EXTREMELY hard. I get it most of the time though)
2. Luigi's Mansion (The section with mud after you drive out of the mansion can be tedious)
1. Ghost Valley 1-3 (The shortcuts can be challenging, shroomless or not)

I think the new seasonal background is overall okay, although I'm not into most Christmas traditions. Honestly, I wish I got to experience Christmas in the 90s, back when it was just more pleasant and no uncanny/creepy 2000s holiday movies. Also Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer & Frosty The Snowman are overrated and the Polar Express and How The Grinch Stole Christmas (LIVE ACTION, NOT ANIMATED) are a little terrifying lol
