Why would you want to use the cape feather to skip a large portion of the tracks? That would be highly unnecessary.
And the blue shell is there for a reason.

Add some cool effects when driving or drifting in the track and off-road. Mud, dirt, sand, snow.

In MKDS we can actually drift in the mud in DS Luigi's Mansion, and the remake in SNES Choco Island 2. So, my suggestion is to make it where you can drift in the mud without slowing down. Similarly, you can also drift in the water the remake of SNES Koopa Beach 2.

Suggestion - bobombs and lightning don't take your items away. It's really frustrating when you've got say, a mushroom & 3 red shells, you've got a great plan for them, and then you lose them all to one of these.
Blue shell's also annoying but since it just messes up the leaders it's ok.

Although Bob-ombs and Blue Shells don't make you lose items in MK8DX, Lightning is supposed to be the most powerful item in any Mario Kart game, including PC. So, there's no reason to not make players lose items when struck by Lightning.

I suggested this a long time ago, but it would be nice to have moving item boxes on the tracks.
Tracks such as DS Luigi's Mansion, DS Shroom Ridge, and DS Tick-Tock Clock, feature tracks with item boxes that either move around in a circle, or the whole track.

I finally know why I can't hear music. Because of how custom music doesn't work, I tried to see if it worked in the circuit creator and I found out youtube links dont work because who knows?
Anyway, if any developer happens to see this, know that music doesn't work for custom tracks.

It works for custom track, it's just that some of these music tracks on YouTube get deleted mostly because of copyright issues.

Does MKPC need new battle modes or is it fine with just Balloon Battle?
this might just be me but, although i think we are fine with only having balloon battle, it would be cool to have something like the bob-omb blast mode from MK8
And as for Bob-omb blast, we can set the custom items set to just be Bob-ombs.

Not possible. And how is programing a wheelie going to make it the same speed as reverse drifting?

He's not a hacker, he's using a special technique called Reverse Drifting, RD for short.
