Actually, your scenario can technically allow you to choose either the chinese or american flag:
-you can represent the United States because you lived nearly all your life there, and also because you have american citizenship.
-the second case, which could be solved by a debate between us admins is about if you can represent China. You clearly stated that both of your parents are chinese people, and they moved to USA while you where relatively young. Despite being two chinese parents, you weren't granted chinese citizenship. So your ability to represent China in future tournaments is possible if you ask us admins to debate about your eligibility or not!
No, My Biological parents never went to America, I was Adopted by Americans and brought over that way. Well Actually here is what happened, When I was 1month my Mother ethier left me or they had an Earthquake and they both died, Sadly ethier way I ended up in an Orphanage until I was two years of age, then I got adopted and came over to America and I been in America ever since I was 2
Oh, my apoligies. And my condoleances.
It's sad, especially at how young I was it's heartbreaking, when I came over I was so sick all the time because I wasn't used to american Dieases

If you wanna know why we care about that welll...
First, Ryubix does a sort of result by countries, so he needs the real countries of people for that to start with.
Second, many keep lying or have fun having fake flags and it became a lot annoying, especially i feel bad for the people thinking they have someone else from their country and woops he's a fake.
And last, stop trying to convince us that you are or live in France, if we mods and Admins could also change flags, we would have take you USA flag back everytime trust me.

Mon avis sur Mario Kart 7

Mario Kart 7 est un jeu qui est très intéressant, qui présente des qualités de MK importantes.
Les circuits sont bien pensés, et les circuits DS ont eu un coup de boost, ce qui a été une vraie amélioration pour ces circuits ennueyux.
MAIS... Waluigi ok, le perdre n'est pas très grave (don't kill me, je déteste juste ce personnage), cependant perdre Bowser Junior et autres pour trouver à la place Wiggler et la Reine des abeilles (qu'est-ce que ça fait dans Mario ça ?), c'est un peu limite.Mais la Route Arc-en-ciel est plaisante, et l'esprit MK est toujours là , donc ce jeu mérite pour moi un 8,5/10 ! (le seul défaut étant le roster, entre autres -deux trois trucs-)
J'ai aussi adoré la conduite aquatique, les raccourcis et les deltaplanes. Voilà c'est tout ce que j'avais à dire.
