Yes, I have used voice chat before.
To tell if someone online is using voice chat, look at their username. You can tell if they are using voice chat if they have a small speaker icon next to their name.
I know. I've just never been in a room where players have used voice chat
Nintendo Switch Online App is useless, so nit many people use MK8DX's voice chat. on Wii U it was built in. You could literally just start chatting. (worst few years of my life...)

Paper came first cuz he came to MKPC in 2021, but Yelloshi came to MKPC in 2025. I can't tell the difference between their pfps lol
