For an actually crazy idea, (that I don't think has been made before,) make a mod that randomizes all sprites and textures in the game.
you were actually really close, but i can't do anything that includes new models/textures, just code, like scaling or chat messages... but it MIGHT be possible...

Make every enemy very big but don't change the hitboxes.
And when you talk to someone they die.

Why not change the hitboxes
1. I could make it so every time somebody says MY name, but not anybody else, because i have no idea who joins my server and what names they have, but maybe...
2. i think the hitboxes come with them, so idk if i can do that.
3. maybe i can do every time you talk to toads, you explode...
although 3 stars, maybe more would be impossible...
