I think you'll inevitably never get one. Not only do you still have to wait 2 years to drive, in which somebody else can easily buy it, even if you did get it, you:
1) don't know how to drive it, or more importantly repair it
2) will end up selling it to a classic car collector for a ton of money
3) will feel like a toddler because the one and ONLY reason you know about this car is because you watched a Pixar movie and if that ALONE is a reason to buy a whole car, you're gonna have alot of trouble in life
4) will go bankrupt due to the cost and ruin your life for awhile being broke
but go for it! Prove me wrong! And I'll say it now, it isn't gonna look like this. Not even remotely. I just hope that you are aware of that.

Oh, anyways. Yeah, win all the gold cups to unlock all the characters. Then go find custom cups and win enough of those to get the rest, and fill out your CSS.

Nintendo is a business who need money to operate. Whereas you don't make a cent. And the Booster Course Pass is free.(The 25 is for the stupid people who didn't grab the expansion, which literally had N64, which made it very obvious that it was something to need), so what's the logic here?

There is no bike in Mario Kart DS. There is a crappy kart. Which also excludes the fact that the bike needs to be BETWEEN his actual legs since that's how you sit on a bike and an ATV. And you also need to be able to use the gas pedals on an ATV, while sitting on it.
But This Is a Video Game and It Doesn't Have to Be 100% Accurate to Real Life
It's still a bike. And to use a bike, you need one leg over each side. ROB ain't doing that in 1000 years.

2: It's just objective facts that Goomba & Cape Koopa will never be in Tour, let alone the Booster Course Pass. Goomba can't until we get confirmation that they have hands, & Cape Koopa can't because Cape Koopa is actually just a normal Koopa with a Super Cape, like how there are Cat Goombas & Tanooki Goombas in 3D Land & 3D World. He's just an average Joe Koopa. I can see that you're a big Koopa fan, but it's not happening.

Anyway, they datamined the game when Athens got added. The only thing of importance discovered was Parakoopa's character icon, meaning nobody else is coming for a while. Okay, not true. Honey Queen's icon has been here for a while too. But besides that, it's blank.

Additionally, these examples are from older mario media. Around this time (I assume 1985-1995), mario characters hadn't received their modern redesigns yet.

The character needs to be a RETRO MARIO KART driver to get into the pass. Cape Koopa is not from any Mario Kart. And he's not getting into Tour if they refuse to include Parakoopa this much.

King Boo is a ghost. He doesn't need feet because he can touch things without actually touching him, since he's a ghost.

And, correct me if I'm wrong, you need TWO arms to drive, not one. And the fucking Miis didn't have visible arms or legs in Wii Sports & Wii Sports Resort.
