1- A user is banned because he/she/it broke one of the respective rules of mkpc one or multiple times and didn't wanted to change for good, or just for: read answer 4

2- Basically a banned account can't:

- Be showed as Online
- Play Online Mode, either in battle or race
- Do Topics or talk on mkpc either on topics or dms on this page
- Do Records on Time trials, either official or custom tracks
- Post Custom Tracks, Characters, Decos, Etc.

3- All ups on what he/she/it did to take a certain sanctioning time

4- I dont know at all but could be because:

- Has broken the rules many times and doesn't intend to stop doing it
- Harassing one or more users
- Stealing tracks, decos, etc. from other users
- NSFW
- Inappropriate spam, or any type annoying spam type
- Reborn  old topics, which were no longer necessary to bring back
- Other Reason

5- i know that aint mandatory but nevermind xd, basically yes he harassed some users in a really stupid way just for make a drama about it, anyways don't worry, i dont think that you'll be banned for ask about it.

Overall i think that this kinda answers everything

To be honest, life is soooooo short to wasted it  caring about what other people say, at the end you breath air, not the opinion of someone. Prob is just anyone that wants attention or wanna annoys you.

Well if you noticed, i have planned remake all Super Mario Kart Tracks.

Why?, well mainly because im bored xD and at the same time because i love remake tracks.
