This tournament takes place on Mushroom Rushaway R/T .
Rules:
1 Destroy all Pokeys on the course.
2 Complete 3 laps in 30cc.
3 The only items are Green Shells and Mushrooms.
4 Minimum are 5 and Maximum are 25.
5. No online racing.
Rewards for positions:
1st = Character of your choice.
2nd = 50 free messages on track, arena, or forum.
3rd = paper Mario Kart course copy from me.
4th = Some decors unlocked
Well anyways, here's the starting competitors!

since the tourney desc. is a copy and paste of WyattBuilder's tourney, this would not work at all. and, honestly, Wiggler probably wasn't gonna do anything with this at all (starting a tourney, where the description is a copy and paste, then doing nothing with this tourney)

After hearing all that Lely said, I REEEEEEEEEEEEALLY wish I checked out MKPC earlier in my life.
