The Wii's Mario Kart looks less colorful to Mario Kart Double Dash, because it uses two different color layers for your screen. This is because of the hazy filter Mario Kart Wii has. It kinda looks like melting cereal imo.

Is that why MKWii is so damn ugly compared to other Wii games? That explains a lot. Also, do any other Wii games do this?

First off, this Custom Track creator didn't make Desert Bus, Desert Bus is OLD
Second, that's just how some parts of the US look(hence why Desert Bus is Desert Bus - it's inspired by that)

I guess it's possible to predict t that the game might be more inspired by realistic environments(which is what they did in Tour & GameFreak has been doing for Pokemon towns/cities since Gen 5), what with the proper circuit and the desert stuff, but

Secondly

It's not confirmed. It's not a fact.

Also what in particular are we supposed to be looking at in the Astro screenshot? You didn't explain.


It's the fact that all the pictures have vast deserts in them. Mario Bros. Circuit and Astro's Crash Site almost have the same color.

idk which version you're talking about so

as for the QM version, just put up with it. you cant change anything about your QM tracks (e.g. walls, offroad, checkpoints and holes (except for decor))

but as for the CM version, just find issues in the track and fix them (so like adjust a checkpoint, fix a hole's respawn point etc)


Ok then...


You know what? I'm quitting the contest. Making a CM Track is too much to handle right now, and I think it's better to lay it off.

1: Speed Deeds
Even though there's not that much time for his own stuff, Sonic tries his best to use his speed for protecting than running.

2: Subterannean Sonic
Sonic and Tails go underground where they find a cave full of gold and diamonds, but meet a mole named Spelunk who thinks they're trying to get his money.

3: Labyrinth Secret
In the depths of Labyrinth Zone, Sonic and Knuckles decide if it's another type of emerald, or something having to do with the zone itself.

4: Westside Visit
Tails plans to go visit the place where he met Sonic, but things take a turn when zones they never went to have badniks coming for them.

5: High-Stakes Sonic
When Sonic helps the sheep villagers win the games, Robotnik captures Tails and challenges Sonic to a race against Grounder.

6: A Land of Lost Relics
On Little Planet, Sonic discovers a zone beside Palmtree Panic with big depths, waterfalls, and the floor collapsing, which makes him fond of later on.

7: Tornado Flight
Since they haven't used the tornado in a while, Sonic and Tails use it to fly over to the refurbished Sky Base Zone, but have some pit (air) stops on the way.

8: Sonic's Ring Phenomenon
Sonic has a day where he uses rings for other uses, like ring toss, throwing to attack badniks, and all sorts of stuff, but he soon learns to use them for Robotnik's next contraption.
