I'd say Mario Circuit 2 since it's the only track in Super Mario Kart to have a large ramp that overlaps another part of the track.

No, that's really a bad and unoriginal idea, sorry but besides, Orange Shell might be too similar to Red Shell, that might cause confusion.
Also add a triple pow.

true but level creators whould have to put more love and care in their levels in order to make sure nobody gets out of bounds
Yes i know, although it is a little unfair to take shortcuts with feather

Could we add some gliders? How about some MK DS Tracks? How about new modes like DS CHallenges. Or maybe, some MKT Tracks like New York Minute, Tokyo Blur, or Paris Promnegrade. How about new characters like Metal Mario, Paratroopa, or just reskins? 
Gliders are unlikely in my opinion, MKDS and MKT Tracks can be already re-created in Track Builder, Complete Mode.

Fine it will sheild you it you press space 1 time.If you press it the 2nd time it will be sent on the track. If it touch a player and whoever trow it they will switch places. It will also go of walls.
I don't think it's a good idea if they switch places, sorry but that would be a bit of an unoriginal idea.
how about hiting the guy in 2nd place?
Still, the person in 1st will get a BIG advantage from that and if they were not close to the explosion yet again, I don't think it might sound good but it's still unfair towards 2nd place and below.
Also, the mechanics for the Red Spiny Shell sounds too similar to the Blue Spiny Shell and the name for Red Spiny Shell might be regard as "confusing" with the Red Shell's name.

Not to be rude but all of the racetracks seemed to be the "almost" same layout but with different type tracks with some objects being added in.

Uncoming regreted caracter, I don't know why Gold Pink Peach is the most hater caracter ever ?
Basically, Pink Gold Peach just first appeared in Mario Kart 8, not sure why people hate on her, maybe because she possibly took the playable character roster in Mario Sports Superstars as an unlockable character in that game?
Pink Gold Peach only appeared in 6 official games so far. (The 6th official game she appeared next, was Mario Kart Tour) She's cameo as a badge in Nintendo Badge Arcade and cameo as a spirit in SSBU. Frankly, I don't hate Pink Gold Peach, she's a fine character overall, but in reality I'm not really a big fan of her to be honest but I respect your opinion on her.
