Bon, je fais ENCORE un topic sur l'ambiance générale du site, sauf que cette fois ci je risque fortement d'être très trash, aussi je fais ce topic pas en tant que membre du staff, mais en tant que membre normal qui en a assez de ce qui se passe
Si vous n'avez pas suivi récemment ma santé mentale est jute devenue horrible, certes ce n'est pas qu'a cause de MKPC, faut pas exagérer mdrrrr, mais bon il y a une part de responsabilité là dedans
Notamment, gérer le forum a été très dur:
- Les gamins immatures ça va c'est pas horrible c'est surtout chiant, le problème c'est que souvent je ne sais pas si c'est legit que je sanctionne ou non
- Les mecs toxiques en online, j'en vois toujours autant, voir même plus, mais là j'ai très souvent la flemme absolue de les sanctionner, je suis tellement démotivé jpp, au mieux je les mute du chat online durant une durée indéterminée :/
- Les quelques mecs toxiques mais sur le forum, c'est rare, mais ça arrive, le dernier gros cas était 48HourKet, genre je l'ai supporté pendant jsp combien de temps, alors que Ryubix dès qu'il a remarqué (car je l'avais mentionné sur le salon #moderation du serv Discord) l'a perma ban immédiatement, ce qui prouve que j'ai toujours des doutes pour sanctionner ou non les gens, aussi car j'ai du mal à déterminer si l'infraction est réelle et/ou valable d'une sanction, ce qui est très problématique
Ensuite, en dehors de Tox qui se fait niquer par le décalage horaire, je suis quasi seul pour gérer le forum, bon :
- Infi est pas très actif et au mieux agit sur le Discord, ce qui est nécessaire 1 fois tous les jsp combien de mois (sa dernière action en tant que modo sur le forum était le second ban de Tendo lol)
- Ahmad est assez démotivé pour gérer le forum (avant septembre 2022 il était quasi tout seul et n'était même pas hyper actif mdrrr) et au moins l'arrivé de moi et Tox lui a permit de moins se prendre la tête suruens actuellement, Infi jsp trop ce qu'il fait mais vu qu'il est désormais majeugdr c'est legit, et Ryubix a eu des problèmes dans sa vie irl et il est un adulte donc bon on va le laisser tranquille (je me rappelle une fois sur un topic de Lely qui parlait aussi de l'ambiance du site il avait dit qu'il cherchait quelqu'un à qui passer le flambeau, donc bon espérons qu'il trouve un jour 🥲)
Bon bien sûr j'ai fait une review du staff pour contextualiser une partie de ma situation actuelle, mais bon faut aussi parler de certains membres du forum, et là je vais être beaucoup plus trash sur certains (je vais citer certains des plus actifs de ce mois-ci avec quelques exceptions, j'indiquerai avec du rouge ou du vert si c'est positif ou non)
- MisterCringeh s'est remis à poster pas mal de messages inutiles, certes il a fait pire mais bon, c'est absolument pas nécessaire de répondre à tous les messages du forum, encore plus si tu réponds exactement la même chose que quelqu'un juste avant, ou si c'est un truc totalement débile
- Lely a toujours été legit, c'est vrai que notre entente a toujours était hyper top, par contre je sens un peu qu'on s'embrouille un peu parfois récemment, btw je pense qu'une fois qu'il pourra revenir sur Discord il pourra avoir une évolution plus rapide, enfin selon moi, car même si il reste un très bon membre du site il y a quelques trucs qui peuvent être mieux (en espérant ne pas t'avoir gêné Lely '^^)
- Coopa est certes moins pire qu'avant, mais il poste encore quelques trucs cons, et des fois demande si un truc totalement faux est vrai ou non, enfin jsp faut un peu réfléchir non ?
- Kraze peut parfois être un peu méprisant, mais il a souvent de bons arguments sur certaines choses, pas grand chose à dire
- Nudge est Nudge
- Rien à redire sur D4rk, xrunner et Noob
- Chilli ne semble juste pas vouloir accepter le fait d'avoir tort, comme on a pu le voir sur le topic des signalements
- ce Rydermario ne semble pas avoir compris le concept de message inutile
- Je vais vite fait de parler de Chair même si il n'est plus vrm actif, je ne peux juste pas le croire, vu les soupçons que j'ai envers lui j'aurais pu le ban (il a même techniquement tenté de raid un vieux serv d'IlluZhion mais heureusement j'ai agi assez vite pour éviter la catastrophe vu que j'étais l'owner depuis qu'Illu me l'avait passé jsp quand), mais vu que je n'ai pas de preuve concrète jsp si je peux agir
