/!\ PUBLISHING YOUR CHALLENGES / SUR LA PUBLICATION DES DÉFIS

Hello there! One of my challenges has been rejected, and I'd like to ask for some clarification on it.
The mod comment on my shortcut challenge, Master the Bounce! for Motorized Moat asks me to add a minimum time to the challenge. I assume this is because the challenge is done in Time Trials.
I think that a timer for this challenge is unnecesary, and would in fact make it worse. I would like the challenge to be about taking a shortcut that requires a consistent yet easy to mess up hop over lava to a jump pad. I wanted to use Time Trials for the purpose of removing enemies and items from the track as opposed to actually timing the player, as a 1 character race in vs mode (as far as I'm aware) is not allowed by the game.
Please do tell if there is a better and more allowed way to achive a 1 player race without a time limit for the challenge. Thank you for your time!
(As well, the mod comment seemed to say that the question had been posed in the prior rejection. I may be wrong, but I believe that the first rejection asked me to add a CC to the challenge. Please correct me if I'm wrong, however.)
