Damn, I still remember this MKPC mobile app project, it's so old... Shame it got discontinued 
Maybe I could revive it or... yeah I don't think its easy... or is it? (VSAUCE MOMENT!!!)
Here is a quick way to get MKPC as a "app" on iOS or Android:
1. Go to MKPC's website
2. Find the "Add app to home screen" or something similar button.
3. Press it.
4. I recommend you leave everything as default.
5. Tada! Its technically a shortcut, not a app, as sometimes it might open it in safari, other times, it won't.
But Safari doesn't even let me open my notifications
Its either you are not logged in or Safari tries to open a new page thats not the shortcut.

Thats what I initially wanted to post on SFA but I knew everyone was gonna facepalm me or something...
Cuz I think that rival theory might be very much true.
In Grand Prix, one of your characters are buffed up and will try to make you lose.
Sometimes it will be Bowser, other times, it will be Yoshi, other times, it will be Luigi. You basically have to play PERFECT in order to beat them. By PERFECT, I really mean PERFECT, cuz I always got a silver cup in Star Cup and couldn't be bothered to retry because I'd had to retry from the very beginning. Especially on tracks like SNES Bowser's Castle where its hard as shit to get first in Grand Prix, unless you are a online player with legitimate master or titan or something like that.

Bowser, not only beating me in one of the several runs of attempting to get gold on Star Cup, but also making the worst tracks in MKPC - SNES Bowser's Castle. There is also Wario, who did the same.

Hey, I'm currently making a mario kart multicup named Mario Kart S. Not Mario Kart Stars. Currently, I have just one track in MKS (not stars), which is S Circuit 1, but when there becomes more, it will become much of a problem.

You are probably using Request Desktop Site instead of Request Mobile Site. Go to the AAA menu and then press Request Desktop Site to switch it to Request Mobile Site.
