no thats not true after you have that save file you need to play 50 races

it actually says 4,950 races, or a save file in Super Mario Galaxy (no spicification so I'm taking it as just a normal save). Also, another way is actually to win at least one star in all cups of the 150cc Mirror mode.

Since I am a big fan of Luigi, I am going to be celebrating it in a multicup. It is all surrounded by one character, known as Mario's brother, Luigi! It is going to have courses, characters and many more as Luigi. Here are the planned characters:

Those are all the characters I've been planning to make. It will take a while to make them, so I guess this game will fully be done somewhere near summertime, but the demo (retro tracks and not much Luigi Clones) will be released near the end of April or May 2025. Tell me or respond to this topic about what I should add to Mario Kart Too Many Luigis. (I will be posting the thumbnail on this topic soon).

Sadly, it is against the rules in making dry bowser as a custom character. You could unlock it and put it in your multicup though!

im delaying the update for the mutilcup since there is complaints about the checkpoints and walls an im going to fix every track with this issue so the next update for the multicup is going to be o the 20 or net month or the 15 but im still going to push out little updates untill the final update
How about if I teach you a little about complete mode track making? I'll make a topic that will help people make complete mode tracks soon.
