I think Roblox is not bad,it has some cool games like Super Power Tycoon,Roblox is extremely fun!

How do you save custom cups / courses?

You can save the URLs of Quick Mode custom Tracks, Arenas, and Cups, and Multicups somewhere safe on a PC or External Hard Drive. Same goes for Complete mode cups and multicups.
For Complete mode custom courses/arenas, You can click the Blue Save button on the right side of the screen.

If you play a racer with low max speed/accel, that might have something to do with it. I heard Daisy or a custom racer with those stats is a good beginner's option.
There are also other ways to outspeed those blasted CPU's that don't involve the kart itself, but involves smart drifting here and there.
