Here is GCN Luigi Circuit Remastered. Now it is Truly a Luigi Course because it Incorporates Luigi's Mansion into the Course, and Now You Drive by the Mansion and into the Spooky Forest. And it is Very Very Enhanced.
The Demo/Test of the Course should be Ready by 11/14/2023. And the Course Should be Completed by 12/1/2023. I Probably Will get the Course before 12/1/2023, but I didn't want to Put Stress on Myself by Making it Due by a Time Really Close to Today.

I have to be honest right now. The CPU's are STUPIDLY HARD to beat. One wrong move can literally destroy your race if you are not doing reverse drift. Sometimes I get really TICKED OFF with the CPU'S performance.
Also don't you ever say that this is a "skill issue"! That only makes newcomers like me and others who aren't newcomers more mad, especially those who are struggling to unlock all the characters (from Koopa Troopa to Link).

Well what do you want me to say? Skill level insufficiency? Because that's all it is, you just have to be better if you want to beat them. There's no point to getting all the characters anyway.

You can. The sprites are really easy to get and you can just make a custom character. You're actually better off doing that because you can give him actual good stats

Well, There was a Time where I Won the Last SNES Grand Prix, but I Bumped Quit Instead of Next. So I didn't Unlock Link.
Well. That's really unfortunate.
Yeah. After that, I Knew it was Possible to Unlock Link, So I Kept Trying. And to this Day. I Still Can't Get Him. The Reason is the CPUs Taking Too Many Shortcuts, The Ability to Not Avoid Blue Shells, Too Small of a Track in GV3 and RBR, CPUs Taking More Shortcuts than You, and CPUs Getting More Powerful Items in 1st-8th even Though You don't Get them.
