Your don't like the update because it makes the switch UI look like switch 2 UI.
But they already looked the same before the update.

Deal with it and stop being a baby over just an UI update for a popular handheld console that hasn't had any updates for almost a year
It got an update last month, 19.0.
Still, your acting like Nintendo robbed you or something, but in reality, it's just an UI update and your gonna have to deal with it
...It's plain too similar to the Switch 2, that's my only complaint. I honestly didn't want the Switch 2 to start with, now I have to see the same thing on a console I already have.

That's exactly my point. They look the same.
And I think the point is to do that so you get accustomed to the Switch 2 icons when you get the Switch 2
I expected a catch, to me this was just another Virtual Boy thing, something that's just about as expensive as a PS5 yet has half the power. I was right. We were getting Tour for Switch. And the only way I'm playing Mariokart World is if one of my friends gets the Switch 2. I just ain't doin' it.
